Uszka Dumplings - Chicken

Chicken Uszka 

Uszka Dumplings are like mini pierogi.

Great substitute for those of us who do not eat red meat. :)

Served traditionally with red borscht - a traditional Christmas beet soup.

Cooking Directions (also included on package)

Boil salted water and add in uszka. Cook uncovered until they float. Add to soup.
