Beef Uszka
Uszka Dumplings are like mini pierogi.
Great substitute for those of us who do not eat pork but still want a more traditional dumpling. :)
Served traditionally with red borscht - a traditional Christmas beet soup.
Cooking Directions (also included on package)
Boil salted water and add in uszka. Cook uncovered until they float. Add to soup.
