Poppy seed roll, Poppy seed cake was substituted...
I ordered 2 poppy seed rolls, knowing my family has loved them. They have always tasted as my wife remembers from her childhood....S&D was unable to obtain the poppy seed rolls, so they sent us the poppy seed cake as a substitute with a note (Hand Written!!). The note stated that they did not want to hold up our order waiting for the poppy seed rolls, so had substituted the poppy seed cake. They also said if we were not satisfied, they would refund us the entire amount of the poppy seed rolls......Well, The poppy seed cake is beyond excellent!! This is why I love doing business with S&D. They have been prompt, honest, and intent on doing "The right thing"!

We're elated to have found a true Polish Poppy Seed Roll loaded with sweet poppy seeds in a lovely moist dough. It is heavily-loaded with poppy seeds and was very enjoyable.
