Uszka Dumplings are like mini pierogis stuffed with either meat (pork&Beef) or forest mushroom
Served traditionally with red borscht - a traditional Christmas beet soup

Boil water with a teaspoon of salt, transfer frozen or defrosted dumplings from their box straight to water, do not stir. Wait untill water starts boiling again, lower heat, count three minutes of cooking from that moment. Drain carefully with a straining spoon, arrange on the plate, cover with soup.
Each container displays the ingredients and the cooking instructions as well as all the dietary information.
Dumpling are packaged for us in Chicago in a sealed styrofoam container. The total weight equals approx. 1 pound.
