My family and I enjoy all the sausage products and my sentimental favorite, kabanos. In the late 60s I would purchase something similar from the Hungarian butcher at the Diamond Meat Market in downtown Pittsburgh. When I walked in he would say "for your cadet?" and I'd nod. My Slavic husband to be would get a big grin on his face when I gave them to him (the way to a man's heart?) These are even better!

These are some of the best smoked sticks I have tasted, the smoke instills a taste that makes you want to keep eating them. They were a big hit at the Christmas party. Great job.
Missing KABONOSSY found in Pittsburg Pa.
In 1997 we went to visit my fathers hometown of Ratibor,Poland, and the freinds house we stayed with introduced us to this fine wurst for breakfast. And we have tried to find it all around the Baltimore area to no avail. Then we came across your web site, and our search is over. I will stop by the store on one of my trips home to Ohio. KABONOSSY is 5 stars hands down. I also want to try the dry KABONOSSY also.
